These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 456bg platform. By registering or continuing to use your account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
Introduction and Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 456bg ("456bg", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 456bg website and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, card games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offerings made available through the platform.

1. Player Eligibility
To be eligible to open and use a 456bg account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

Accounts found to be held by players under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds held within those accounts will be subject to review.

- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 456bg or on any other platform with which 456bg has a reciprocal self-exclusion arrangement. Self-excluded players who attempt to circumvent their exclusion by creating new accounts will have those accounts suspended and any winnings voided.
2. Account Registration and KYC
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 456bg. Operating multiple accounts, or attempting to re-register following account closure or suspension, is strictly prohibited. 456bg employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
One Account Per Player
Each player may maintain only one active 456bg account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual — whether identified by mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or KYC documentation — 456bg reserves the right to merge the accounts, suspend all duplicate accounts, and void any balances or winnings held within them.
Identity Verification (KYC)
456bg may at any time request that you complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 456bg may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456bg account credentials — including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 456bg will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals
456bg supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on 456bg are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the 456bg platform, which may be updated from time to time.
Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 456bg does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the name on your 456bg account, the funds will be held pending identity verification and the deposit may be returned to the originating account after deduction of any applicable transaction fees.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed during 456bg operating hours, which are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. 456bg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳50,000.
Fees and Charges
456bg does not charge a platform fee on standard bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of 456bg. For bank transfer transactions, a processing fee may apply as disclosed on the deposit or withdrawal page at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the player where applicable.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
456bg offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms.
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only and may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 20x means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before withdrawing the bonus-derived winnings).
- 456bg reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to place bets, and placing offsetting bets across accounts.
- Free spin bonuses, where awarded, may only be used on the specific slot game or games designated in the promotion terms. Free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- 456bg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus at the time of withdrawal will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of the original claim.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bg platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures. This includes coordinating with other users to place bets in a manner designed to guarantee a net profit regardless of outcome, and artificially inflating or deflating the results of any game.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account features, or interact with any part of the 456bg platform in a manner not intended for human users. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
- Money laundering or any use of the 456bg platform to conceal, transfer, or convert funds derived from illegal activities. 456bg is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
- Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors on the platform. If you identify any such issue, you are required to report it to 456bg support immediately. Any winnings derived from known errors are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
- Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name. All financial activity on your 456bg account must relate exclusively to your own funds.
456bg's determination of prohibited conduct is final. Where 456bg identifies a pattern of behaviour that, while not explicitly listed above, is judged to be contrary to the spirit of fair play or the financial integrity of the platform, 456bg reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, up to and including permanent account closure.
6. Responsible Gaming

Deposit Limits

7. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 456bg intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 456bg intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 456bg's intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 456bg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 456bg platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial harm, even if 456bg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
456bg does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages (including game provider or payment processor downtime), and force majeure events may affect platform availability. 456bg shall not be held liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during such events.
9. Amendments to These Terms
456bg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 456bg will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The most current version of the Terms is always the version published at https://456bg.bet/terms-conditions.
Your continued use of the 456bg platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
